Your laptop bag has a designated laptop-only section that you can lay flat on the X-ray belt
There are no metal snaps, zippers or buckles inside, underneath or on-top of the laptop-only section
There are no pockets on the inside or outside of the laptop-only section

International Travel
Before you leave phone ahead to your hotel and confirm that you will be able to make a modem/analog call from your room. Also ask which type of phone plug the hotel uses. If it is not the US RJ-11 standard, then be sure to take an international phone plug kit with you. These kits can be obtained from a local computer store.
